It’s funny how you meet couples. Most of the time, they reach out through Instagram or The Knot, but with Rachel and Christian, it felt like fate—just as perfect as the way they met each other!

Like any couple, my husband and I love a good day date, and on this particular one, we were out shopping. While at American Eagle, Mike overheard the manager mentioning that their wedding reception was at Hayloft at the Arch. Naturally, Mike struck up a conversation. When I caught up with him, he introduced me: “This is Kristen, the photographer behind our business…” And just like that, a connection was made!

Of course, we walked out with the jeans Rachel recommended, and she took our suggestion to check us out as well. Within a week, we were on the phone with Rachel and Christian, and the rest, as they say, is history!

It makes sense, though—Rachel and Christian’s love story had a similar magic to it. They met on a dating app, but after just their second date, they knew they were meant to be. When it came time to plan their wedding, they found the perfect location for their fairytale celebration at Hayloft at the Arch.
