Though most of our clients book both services for the same event, this allows each service to be booked separately.

Do you shoot destination weddings?

We do! For all out of state clients, we'll build a custom experience to suit your every need and we'll take care of the rest! Our favorite destinations include mountains and rivers!

Is there a Photo & Film Combined package?

We want our clients to pick exactly what they want without having to be limited by preset packages. With our packages, we have one Photo package and three Video packages with a variety of Add-ons for you to choose from. We feel that giving our clients the widest range of options for their unique wedding is the best way to approach the way we do things. Will there be a second shooter?

This is entirely up to you. That said, we are mostly solo shooters. We work closely with each of our clients to craft a day that limits stress and is easily workable as solo shooters. That said, there are some occasions where we recommend a second shooter add-on when it sounds necessary. When that happens, we hire other professionals in the industry and pay them 100% of the fee we charge our clients.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Yes. While we do try to iron out these details prior to the wedding date, there are times where our couples ask us to stay longer. There is an additional fee of $250 per hour.

How will we received our photos and videos?

We use digital galleries for our content delivery. This allows you to share the link with anyone you'd like to have download access as well. The best news is that we also hand you all print rights. And while many companies charge you for this, we hand it to you free as part of your package!

How do we lock in our date?

Once you have indicated that you are interested, we like to have an initial phone conversation to get to know you a bit more and talk through any questions you may have. We gather any last details we need to draft a contract during that conversation as well. Once we have received a signed contract as well as the reservation free, we lock your date into our calendars.

How does payment work?

We require 30% of your total fee as your reservation at the time you sign your contract. The remainder is due no later than 60 days before your wedding date. We accept checks and have an option for credit card payments (includes an additional fee).

What if we need to move our date or cancel?

We do not charge additional fees for needing to move your original wedding date due to circumstances out of your control. This, of course, is assuming that we work together with the client to select a new date that we are both available for. We do not offer refunds of any kind due to client cancelation.

What is the difference in the Highlight Film and Documentary Edit?

The Highlight film is the cinematic storyline edit that we post online. This edit includes professional licensed music, our iconic coloring, and our award winning story telling. And while this is our favorite edit, it is limited to the best segments of the day. The Documentary Edit, however, is a much longer film that includes the full ceremony, toasts, and first dances in their entirety. These videos are often between an hour and two hours in length depending on the length of the ceremony. It is lightly color graded and edited to provide a variety of camera angles.

Are there other fees such as travel, lodging or sales tax?

Since we offer 100% digital delivery of our content, we do NOT need to charge NYS sales tax! This is a huge savings to our clients! We don't charge travel or lodging fees for weddings located with 40 miles of Rochester NY. Any wedding outside this range will have a travel fee equal to the IRS milage reimbursement rate (2021 current rate is $.56 per mile), as well as a lodging fee equal to the average hotel rate in the area (average cost $175) added to the total cost. Any additional travel costs such as airfare, baggage, or fees charged to us due to the location of the wedding will also be added to the total cost.
